From the moment the truck hits the dock to unload client properties to the final load out after the event, an experienced Exhibit Exchange supervisor will be onsite to coordinate all activities. We are there to support our clients and handle any unforeseen circumstances – let us work for you and alleviate the on-site stress.

With rising show service rates, it is important all aspects of the event construction are managed properly to help reduce extended on-site costs. Our skilled labor teams are well versed in our product offerings so there is little need for instruction. They are an extension of the Exhibit Exchange team.

While many suppliers leave after the event opens, we remain onsite to service our clients daily. We are always a phone call away.
